I build performance systems rooted in judgment, not just tools. Currently shaping growth at Abasana Advertising and building the next generation of marketers at ANR Academy.
Point of View
"Platforms don't fail — assumptions do."
I didn't enter digital marketing through frameworks or theory. I entered through execution — running campaigns with real budgets, real pressure, and consequences that couldn't be explained away. Early roles forced me close to reality: ads went live on deadlines that couldn't slip, spend was limited, results were visible immediately.
That phase taught me that metrics mean nothing without intent, context, and judgment behind them. As responsibility grew, my work evolved from running isolated campaigns to building systems — deciding what should exist at all. Which audience. Which promise. Which channel deserves attention and budget.
Today, I blend data with judgment, psychology with performance, and structure with creativity. Clarity over hype. Systems over shortcuts. Outcomes over appearances.
Strategic Pillars
Individual ads are events. Systems are sustainable. Every piece of work I build is designed to compound — not just convert once, but inform the next decision better than the last.
The marketer who knows the most tools is rarely the most effective. What matters is knowing when not to run an ad, which audience to ignore, and what metric doesn't actually mean anything for this business.
Limited budget, tight timelines, unclear briefs — these aren't obstacles to good marketing. They are the conditions where real strategy separates itself from theory and slides.
Areas of Practice
Not a list of tools I've touched — but the kinds of problems I solve and the systems I build around them.
Not just "run ads here." Building end-to-end systems aligned to business objectives — the right audience, the right promise, the right sequence of touchpoints before asking for anything.
Meta and Google Ads managed with frameworks built for long-term scale, not just short-term wins. I treat ad accounts as living systems, not dashboards to monitor.
From first impression to final conversion. I map user journeys psychologically — understanding what breaks intent and what removes friction at each step.
Numbers without narrative are noise. I translate campaign data into clear decisions — what to scale, what to kill, and what the numbers aren't actually saying.
Content and technical SEO treated as long-term infrastructure — not a checklist. Built to earn attention and trust before the ad budget runs out.
At ANR Academy, I teach marketers to think under constraints — not just operate tools. Curricula built from agency reality, not textbooks or YouTube tutorials.
Professional Journey
Positions
ANR Creative Skills Academy
Designing and delivering an end-to-end digital marketing curriculum grounded in agency-grade execution. I don't just teach platforms — I train marketers to reason under pressure. Real briefs, real constraints, real decisions. The measure of success isn't completion rates; it's how trainees perform when the brief is unclear and the budget is tight.
Abasana Advertising
Leading performance marketing, SEO, influencer strategy, and social media operations. The role isn't about executing tasks — it's about building systems that outlast my individual attention. I manage teams, oversee go-to-market strategies, and ensure every campaign is tied to a business outcome that matters beyond the dashboard.
Fleek Media · Mepass · Nyasa Production
Worked across three distinct environments — media, ticketing/events, and production — sharpening the ability to adapt strategy to different business models. Each context forced a different relationship with performance data and audience psychology.
Conneqt Business Solutions · KK Cyber Zone · Lagey Raho
Customer service, sales, and operations. These weren't marketing roles — but they were where I learned how people actually behave when they need something, what makes them trust or walk away, and how systems under pressure either hold or break. Everything I know about conversion starts here.
Get in Touch
I'm open to conversations about strategy, collaboration, or mentorship. I don't do discovery calls for the sake of it — if you're serious about building something with real marketing behind it, our time together will be well spent.
